| Abstract: | This study reviews analytical models and theories of privatization ofpublic enterprises. Based on the review, this study evaluates the results of theprivatization of Korean public enterprises and proposes the direction of theprivatization. This study, further, provides some implications for Chinese publicenterprises privatizations. |
