“村改社区”居民主观幸福感、社区认同与社区参与关系的实证研究

随着城镇化建设的加快,＂村改社区＂建设成为改善农村人民生活质量和推动城市化建设的重要途径和方法。文章以天津＂村改社区＂试点乡镇的搬迁村民为调研对象,以城镇化建设过程中村民的内心感受为研究主题,探讨了村民搬入新社区后的居住满意度、社会保障的改善与主观幸福感、社区认同、社区参与间的关系,通过对700名参与＂村改社区＂搬迁的村民的调研,运用结构方程等统计分析方法,发现这些居民的居住满意度和社会保障对他们的主观幸福感、社区认同、社区参与存在的显著的正向因果关系。研究结果对于＂村改社区＂建设中的居民安置具有指导意义。

An Empirical Study of Relationship among the Subjective Well -being,Community Identity and Community Involvement in Living and Housing of Urban Immigrants

With the development of city construction,house- site replacement has become one of the most important methods in improving people＇s life and urbanization. This paper focused on living feeling of urban immigrants,taking Tianjin as an example,identifying the relationship among the value of living satisfaction,social security,subjective well- being,community identity and community involvement. Based on the 700 samples,the result proved that value of living satisfaction,social security have positive relationships with subjective well- being,community identity and community involvement. Meanwhile,the result also provided a guideline for urban immigrant in house- site replacement.
