| 摘 要： | 本文将日本近代引进欧美技术、制度和方法,完成产业和社会变革的过程分为三个阶段:幕府锁国体制的崩溃和明治维新变革的实现、战后的民主改革和产业技术创新及TLO与“产—学”技术转移阶段,分析了各个阶段的特点并与中国进行了比较论述,提出了自己的见解。

| Abstract: | The history of introducing western technology and systems into Japan can be divided into three periods: the breakdown of the closed-doorism of Shogunate and the achievement of Mingzhi Reform; the democratic reform and technological innovation after war, the TLO and the "production-study" technology transfer. The different characteristics of each period have been described in this paper. Meanwhile, the author compares it with that of China and clarifies his personal opinion on this issue. |
