职业选择背景下大学生专业承诺影响因素调查

调查发现,大学生专业承诺的履行状况不容乐观,连续三届的毕业生有超过三成以上在专业承诺方面存在问题。进一步研究发现,学生专业选择的盲目性和专业实践的不足是造成问题的主要外因,而职业教学的系统性缺失以及教师职业实战水平不足是问题产生的主要内因。基于以上的研究结论,提出了针对性教育建议。

Influencing Factors of Students’ Professional Commitment under the Background of Career Choice

Professional commitment , as a student ’ s psychological contract , reflects the students ’ psychological identification and willing to make efforts to achieve it.The level of professional commitment not only affects the students ’ professional learning and capacity elevating , but also affects their career choices.The survey has found that the implementation of professional commitment is not optimistic among college students , and more than thirty percent of graduates in consecutive three years have problems in their professional commitments .Further study has found that blindness of major choice and lack of professional practice are the main external factors causing the problem , and systematic deficiency of vocational teaching and teachers ’ low practice ability are the main internal factors.Based on the above research findings , educational suggestion is put forward.
