| 摘 要： | 社会工作的核心价值观有其丰富道德意蕴 :利他主义的专业导向、人道主义的专业传统、促进人际和谐的专业责任感、提升从业者道德水平的专业理想 ;贯穿社会工作实践的伦理问题主要表现为 :社会工作实践中的伦理困境、伦理抉择和伦理危机处理。伦理和道德的问题渗透到社会工作实践过程的各个方面并贯穿于这个过程的始终。

| Abstract: | The core value concept of social work has profound moral significance: the selfless professional guidance, the tradition of humanism, and the sense of responsibility to improve the harmony between human beings. The ethical problems in the practice of social work are: the ethical predicaments in social work, ethical choice and the settlement of ethical crisis. The ethical and moral problems penetrate the whole process of social work. |
