| 摘 要： | 论述了社会管理创新的紧迫性;指出在实际工作中社会管理创新目标有待明晰、服务理念有待强化、社会结构和组织方式的深刻变化伴生的风险等是当前的主要障碍。针对上述问题提出有必要从树立正确的社会管理理念、创新政府主导型城市社区管理模式、民主集中的农村管理模式、社会管理工作方式等方面入手强化社会管理创新。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the urgency of the social management,and summarizes the main obstacles of the weakening of the social management innovation work such as the innovation goal,service concept and the associated risk with profound changes of social structure and organization way.Aiming at these problems,this paper presents some countermeasures on how to enhance the social management innovation such as set up the right social management concept,innovation government leading city community management mode and democratic centralism rural management mode and social management work in the way. |
