| 摘 要： | 新自由主义认为权利优先于善,只有这样才能保证个人的权利.麦金太尔从语言学和历史学两个角度,对新自由主义的权利观进行了批判,指出新自由主义建立在抽象自我观念基础上的权利必然是虚构的,并不具有历史真实性,永恒与普遍的权利并不存在.麦金太尔对新自由主义权利观的批判指出了新自由主义的道德困境,同时也迫使我们去思考生活的意义.

| Abstract: | Neo-liberalism asserts the priority of rights over good,claiming that this is the only means to ensure individual rights.MacIntyre performed a historicist critique on the conception of rights of neo-liberalists from the two perspectives of linguistics and history,pointing out that the rights held by neo-liberalists are based on Abstract conception of self and therefore are falsely constructed and not historically real.Eternal and universal rights simply do not exist.MacIntyre's critique on the neo-liberalist conception of rights unveils the moral dilemma of neo-liberalism and at the same time forces us to dwell on the meaning of our life. |
