摘    要:本研究以桑科榕属的11种植物为研究对象,以桑科波罗蜜属的波罗蜜作为外类群,通过观测每种植物的茎、叶、表皮毛、气生根、气孔器、花等24种形态学特征,并对这些特征进行编码.用PAUP*4.0b10软件包对所得形态性状数据进行聚类分析,得到3种拓扑结构一致的系统树,即邻接树(NJ)、UPGMA树和最大简约树(MP),并对这些类群之间的系统发育关系进行了分析.

Abstract:In this paper, 11 species of the genus Ficus L. (Moraceae) were employed to study the phy-logenetic relationship. 24 morphological characters from the stems, leaves, foliar trichomes, aerial roots, stomatas, and flowers, etc. were investigated and encoded for the digital matrix. The cluster analysis was conducted by using the PAUP* 4.0b10 program with the neighbor - joining (NJ) , unweighted pair - group method of arithmetic averages (UPGMA ) and maximum parsimony (MP) method. The topologies of NJ tree, UPGMA tree and MP tree were in congruence. The phylogeny of those species from Ficus was analyzed on the basis of the phylogenetic tree and the relative morphological characters.
