| 摘 要： | 冯友兰的“人生境界说”不仅继承了传统儒家公利即“义”、私利即“利”，“义”高于“利”的传统，而且发展了传统儒家的“义”“利”观，认为“义”、“利”不仅有对立的一面，更有统一的一面，个人利益，尤其是个人的物质利益也具有一定的合理性。他的这种“义”、“利”观可以称为“义以为上”的“义”、“利”统一观，具有重大的理论价值与现实意义。
