中小学教师教学评价的调查研究

摘    要:中小学教师的教学评价是教学工作的重要组成部分。本文通过问卷、访谈分析中小学教师的教学评价现状,问题表现在重总结性评价轻诊断性评价、重学习过程评价轻学习资源评价、重整体性评价轻个体差异评价和重传统评价工具轻现代教育技术等方面。建议教学评价:更新观念,以教师学生共同发展为根本;行知交互,以"为了学习的评价"为标准;与时俱进,以现代教育技术应用为工具。

Abstract:Teaching assessment is an important part of the teaching in the elementary and middle schools.To grasp the exact state of the teaching assessment in the elementary and middle schools,the self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate the teachers from the elementary and middle schools located in Shenzhen and Jinzhou.The results indicated that these teachers valued the summative assessment while contempted the formative assessment;valued the learningprocess assessment while contempted the learning resource assessment;valuded the integrity assessment while contempted the individual differences assessment;valued the traditional assessment while contempted the modern assessment techniques.Some advices arise from the results came as follows,the starting point of the teaching assessment was the students’ development;the purpose of the teaching assessment was to improve students’ study;the modern assessment techniques should be adopted in the teaching assessment.
