对入世后我国高等教育质量保证机制建设的思考

加入世贸组织给我国高等教育带来了机遇和挑战。在经济全球化的过程中 ,我们要正确认识高等教育发展过程中质与量的关系。为了提高我国高等教育的国际竞争力 ,必须加强高等教育质量保证机制 ,具体而言 ,必须尽快确立国际化的、多元化的高等教育质量标准 ;建立和完善高等学校内外质量保证体系 ;转变教育管理理念和政府管理职能。

Reflections on constructing of our higher educational guarantee system after entry into WTO

The opportunities and challenges have been brought to our higher education after China's entry into WTO. In the process of economic globalization, we must realize the relationships between amount and quality. In order to promote the competences of our higher education , we must strengthen higher educational quality guarantee system. It consists of three aspects that is setting up international and multi-standards of higher educational quality as soon as possible, constructing and improving internal and outer quality guarantee systems, changing the administrative ideas and functions of our authority.
