高校创建学习型组织的思路

学习型组织理论是20世纪90年代以来发展起来的一种新的组织管理理论,是适应知识经济与信息社会的一种新的组织管理模式。随着我国教育改革的不断深入,高校管理走向学习型组织将是必然选择。高校创建学习型组织要从六个方面进行修炼:树立终身学习、团队学习和"习"重于"学"的学习理念;培养系统思考的思维方式;加强团队学习;建立鼓励学习的促进保障机制;积极推动组织结构创新;创建学习型团队。

A Study on the Construction of Learning-oriented Organizations in Colleges and Universities

As a new organizational management theory,the theory of learning-oriented organizations has been developing since 1990s, and it has turned out to be a new organizational management mode that meets the needs of knowledge economy and information society. With the further development of educational reforms,creating such an organization is an inevitable choice for the reform and the development of colleges and universities in the new century.For colleges and universities,the construction of learning organizations can be conducted in six ways：to build up the concept of lifelong learning,team learning with priority of ＂practice＂ over ＂learning＂;to cultivate a thinking mode of systematic thinking;to strengthen team learning;to set up a guarantee mechanism of learning encouragement;to actively promote organizational innovation;and to create learning-oriented teams.
