| 摘 要： | 制造业的信息化创新是全面提升辽宁制造业现代化水平和实现制造业跨越式发展的必然选择,要坚持"政府推进、企业主体、市场引导、行业突破、区域展开"的制造业信息化原则,以制度创新着力突破制造业信息化过程中面临的技术、资本、人才三个方面的瓶颈约束,使辽宁传统制造业在全面的信息化创新中实现新生,重塑市场竞争力。

| Abstract: | Manufacturing informationization innovation is the necessary selection to promote modernization level of Liaoning manufacturing industry and realize leap development of manufacturing indusry.It should stick to manufacturing informationization principle of government advancing,enterprise main body,market leading,industry breakthrough,area spreading,according to system innovation break through bottle-neck restriction of technology,capital and persons with ability in the process of manufacturing informationization,making Liaoning traditional manufacturing industry have a new life and anew mold market competitve ability in the overall informationization innovation. |
