| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育的迅猛发展,学生管理工作暴露出的问题越来越突出,高校学生管理工作进入了一个特殊变革时期。在此新形势下,对高等学校及学生都提出了一个新的课题,即当今高校如何解决学生管理工作中出现的新问题,维护学校和学生的合法权益,使高校的学生管理工作与时俱进,适应时代的要求。
