| 摘 要： | 论述了发展生态工业城的必然性，调查了邯郸市马头生态工业城的现状，详细分析了马头生态工业城自身条件的优势与劣势，以及外部环境的机会与威胁，并运用战略管理、生态经济、循环经济、区域经济的理论知识，结合国内外生态工业城的成功案例，制定出适合马头生态工业城实际的产业定位战略。 |

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the necessity of developing Eco - town, investigates the current situation of Matou Eco -town in Handan, analyzes in detail its strength and weakness, opportunityand challenge of external environment, and uses the theories of strategic management, eco - ceonomy, circulation economy and regional economy. By studying the successful cases of Eco - towns both home and abroad, the article formulates an industry positioning strategy which suits the development of Matou Eco - town. |
