To Administrate a Country with Morals" and the Society of the Han Dynasty

In the earlier ruling years, the rulers of the Han Dynasty drew a lesson from the subjugation of the Qin Dynasty , thus strengthening farther the propaganda and practice of the idea of administrating a country with morals in various aspects like public opinions, education, administration, laws, etc. Positive as the policy was, there existed an inner contradiction as deeply as it was.
