| Abstract: | Through the comparison of water conservancy competence education both at home and abroad, this paper suggests that the understanding of competence education be strengthened, the course system and teaching method be reformed, the relationship between mental quality and humanity quality be handled properly, the humanity cultivation of the teachers be upgraded, and extracurricular activities should be increased to improve the students' comprehensive quality. |
