| 摘 要： | 作者认为国际间在科技、贸易、经济等各方面的合作与交往都与文化不可分。数字作为一种文化现象存在于各种语言,但其在各种语言中的使用、表达等却不尽相同。作者从跨文化学角度出发,对英汉数字的文化差异进行了以下探讨:(1)英汉数字表示法差异;(2)英汉数字所表示的含义差异;(3)数字的联想及其跨文化差异。比较研究了其间的差异,指出了数字文化在跨文化交际中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | The author thinks the cooperation and communication among nations in science and technology,trading,economics and so on are closely linked with culture.Numbers or digitals exist as a kind of cultural phenomenon in every culture,but their use and expressing are quite different.Therefore,the author of this paper tries to discuss the following questions from the prospective of the communication between cultures:(1)the different ways of expressing numbers in English and Chinese,(2)the different meanings that numbers show in English and Chinese,(3)the imagination,the associations and the cultural image of numbers in both English and Chinese. |
