| 摘 要： | 中国走和平发展道路不是权宜之计，而是基于当今世界发展潮流的必然选择，是中国历史文化传统和中国国情的必然选择。中国的和平发展是开放的发展，合作的发展，互利共赢的发展。为此，中国坚持在和平共处五项原则基础上同所有国家发展友好合作，将继续积极参与多边事务，承担相应国际义务，同世界各国人民携手努力建设持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界。

| Abstract: | Choosing the peaceful development road is not an expedient measure for China,instead,it is an inevitable choosing decided by the world's development trend and Chinese historical and cultural traditions and China's national conditions.China's peaceful development is an open,cooperative and all-win development.Therefore,based on the "Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence",China insists on cooperating with all countries friendly,attending multilateral affairs actively,undertaking certain international responsibilities,and constructing continuously peaceful and prosperous world together with other countries. |
