| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会的终极目标是每个人的全面而自由的发展。要实现此目标,就必须首先实现能够体现平等、公平、正义等价值的公正而合理的社会公正,来保证每个人自由而全面的发展。实现社会主义和谐社会的公平与正义,要从机会平等与阶层开放的政治诉求机制、合理的利益表达机制、体现社会公正的人的自由全面发展机制这三方面来构建保障人的自由全面发展的社会主义和谐社会公正的实现机制。

| Abstract: | The ultimate aim of socialist harmonious society is to realize the individual development in an all-around and free way. To realize this aim, it is necessary to achieve fair and reasonable social justice embodying the values of equality and justness to ensure the individual development in an all-around and free way. The realization of equality and justice of socialist harmonious society depends on fair opportunity and openness of social stratum system, reasonable benefit enjoyment system and freely all-around individual development system. |
