强化干部队伍“三观”建设关键在于抓好权力观教育

干部特别是领导干部都有一定权力,能否掌好权用好权,则取决于他们的权力观,抓好权力观教育,也就抓住了关键。抓权力观教育,重点是要正确处理好个人职权与党、国家和人民群众的关系;权与法的关系;权与钱的关系;职、权、责、利的关系;权力性影响力与非权力性影响力的关系;权力与规律的关系。同时还要强调加强学习,强化监督机制,加大反腐力度。
