基于选课制背景下的普通高校田径公共选项课教学发展

在普通高校体育教学实行选项制的趋势下,作为体育基础运动的田径课却面临困境,它与其他体育项目相比处于边缘化地步,这与田径运动在世界体育大家族中的核心地位和对学校体育的重要作用极不相称。文章通过对两所高校进行的调查访问,分析其原因所在,提出：从健康第一角度出发,运用多种方式提高学生体质水平;针对田径运动项目特点,着重发展体育现代化教学方式;转变田径传统教学形象,田径游戏带来＂快乐体育＂等改进措施与建议。

On Track and Field Class Teaching in Universities in the Text of Courses Selective System

With the tendency of application of elective system to physical education in colleges and universities,track and field class,as a basic class of sport,is put into troublesome marginalization comparing with other sports.It is not in conformity with its core status in the world sports family and its significance to physical education in colleges and universities.The author of this article analyzes the causes through the investigation of two universities and puts forward some proposals to develop the optional course of track and field.
