中国农业标准化实施途径研究——中国农业标准化基础与基本模式

采用调研、实践与理论探索相结合方法，对中国农业标准化实现途径进行了分析，认为：在连续、悠久的中国农业历史中，缺少农业标准化的文化底蕴沉淀是导致一些人对农业标准化的认识不足、贯彻操作不能紧扣市场需要的关键；与市场接轨使我国农业出现多样化格局，但基本生产结构仍然以农户为主；要做好农业标准化，只有走和谐共轨、携手推动的道路，其中政策、资金是基础，市场、技术是动力，公司、协会是架构，农户、农民是要素；同时认为我国农业标准化推进有初级和高级两大模式结构。

Implementation Approaches to Agricultural Standardization in China——Fundamentals and Models in Agricultural Standardization

Approaches to the implementation of agricultural standardization is discussed. This is one of the three parts. It describes the fundamentals and models for agricultural standardization and agricultural patterns in face of market. It is argued that long history of agriculture of china that deals little with agricultural standardization leads to the unawareness and slow reaction to agricultural standardization. Market economy gives rise to diversified patterns of agricultural development but household production is the main pattern. To carry out agricultural standardization, joining together with the harmonious vision is the main approach. In that, policy and capital are the basis; market and techniques are driving forces and corporations and associations are frames of which farmers and individual households are elements. For China, there are two models for the movement of agricultural standardization.. primary model and advanced model.
