| 摘 要： | 加快培育中国的跨国公司是提高中国企业国际竞争力，应对金融危机实现跨越式发展的战略选择。德国在培育跨国公司方面积累了丰富的经验。分析中国企业跨国经营中存在的主要问题，借鉴德国经验提出加快培育中国跨国公司的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Speeding up the cultivation of China＇ s transnational companies （TNCs） is the strategic choice for improving the international competitiveness of Chinese companies, dealing with financial crisis and achieving leaps in economic development. Germany has accumulated a lot of experience in cultivating TNCs. The paper analyzed the major problems in Chinese companies＇ transnational operations, and put forward some policy suggestions for accelerating the cultivation of China＇s TNC.s using the experience of Germany for reference. |
