“自主性”与离婚：定量与定性研究

我们运用定量与定性相结合的方法,研究了离婚的自主问题。“自主”概念用于离婚研究还是首次。在此我们提出了自主性的两个层面,以及“复合个体”和“单一个体”的概念。通过对这两个层面和两个概念的分析,我们不仅认识了个人与家庭及社会的关系,而且也透视了婚姻家庭中的两性关系。经研究发现改革开放后相对于家庭和社会而言,夫妻作为“复合个体”享有很高的离婚自主;而当夫妻作为“单一个体”来看待时,男性似乎享有比女性高得多的离婚自主。此外,我们还对离婚研究的方法问题进行了探讨。

"Independence" and Divorce: A Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis

This study focuses on the issue of divorce independence, using combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods. It is the first time to apply the conception of "independence"to divorce study. The authors differentiate two layers and two concepts, that is, "compound individual"and "single individual". Through the analysis, we can understand the relations among individual, family and society, the two-sex relations in family as well. We find that as for the family and society after reform and opening, when husband and wife are regarded as former, they are highly independent; but when regarded as latter, male seems to be more independent, compared with female. In addition, it also discusses the study methods.
