| Abstract: | This article expounds the importance about strengthening the construction of the teachers'training units from the requests to education developing in new century and the needs of the sequel education to teachers. It also expounds some assumption to strengthen the construction of the teachers'training units,such as to enhance the motivation mechanism, reinforce the procession construction and ameliorate the schools conditions, etc. |
