摘    要:邓小平的系统论是运用唯物辩证法于中国特色社会主义建设实践的创造性成果,“系统”、“大局”、“总体”等概念,“全国一盘棋”、“战略部署”、“统一规划”等范畴寓意深刻。邓小志始终坚持从全局高度与全局和局部的对立统一来考察教育;从教育与其他事业的联系或教育内部的联系中揭示教育发展规律;坚持把世界与中国系统的开放性与中国教育系统的开放发展联系起来;从纵横联系的系统网络中,得出了集宏观性、战略性、全方位性于一体的科学结论:“教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来。”

Abstract:Deng Xiaoping's systems theory is his creative achievement in applying materialist dialectics to building socialism with Chinese characteristics.Deng Xiaoping always observed education by proceeding from the situation as a whole and from the unity of opposites between the whole and the part.He revealed the development laws of education through the external or internal relations of education.He persisted in linking the world with the opening and development of the education system in China.And finally,from the vertically and horizontally tied system network,he drew a scientific conclusion that education must be oriented to modernization,to the world and to the future.
