The harmony on campus is an important component of the social harmony and the foundation for the sustainable development of universities,as it is the source of a school's sustainable competence for competition,which underpins the cohesion and unification of a school,thereby better safeguarding the {latter's} development;and which facilitates the more rational distribution of school resources,the more harmonious relations among the staff,and the more optimized environment for education,thereby further improving the quality of education.Higher education administrators should,therefore,be fully aware of the significance and necessity of the efforts for harmony on campus.With this,they should exercise an integrated approach of humanistic,moral and legal management,and try to foster a flourishing campus culture and secure the stability thereon,so as to boost the comprehensive,harmonious,sound and sustainable development of the school.
