企业社会责任研究框架的构建与解析

摘    要:企业社会责任(CSR)是近年来管理学、经济学和社会学等学科研究的热点问题,但对其内容的界定尚存一定的争议。构建一个企业社会责任的研究框架,对于全面认识和评价企业社会责任至关重要。梳理学者们的研究成果可见,企业社会责任的研究框架应包括六个部分:CSR的起源与发展、定义、理论基础、内容、衡量标准以及实践。

Abstract:Corporate social responsibility(CSR) is a hot issue in fields of management,economics and sociology in recent years,but there exists controversy over its contents.Therefore,building a research framework for corporate social responsibility is of critical significance to a full understanding and evaluation of it.Scholars mostly divide the research framework of corporate social responsibility into six sections:the origin and development of CSR,definition,theoretical foundation,content,measurement criteria and practice.
