研究型大学本科教学定位与质量提升的路径选择

研究型大学作为我国高等教育系统的重要组成部分，肩负着发展尖端科学技术、促进优秀文化交流、提高我国高等教育国际竞争力的历史使命。而研究型大学本科教学质量是基础，这就要求对研究型大学本科教学进行准确定位。根据我国的发展状况，研究型大学本科教学质量应定位在精英教育。围绕这个定位，本科教学质量提升的路径选择主要包括：转变继承性教育思想，树立培养创新人才的观念；构建科研与教学相结合、“产学研”有效衔接的人才培养模式；重视高水平师资队伍的建设；开展国际交流与合作这四个方面。

The Route Choice of Orientation and Quality Improvement for Course Teaching in Researching Universities

As an important part of China's higher education system,the researching universities bear the historical mission of developing the most advanced scientific technologies,promoting outstanding cultural exchange and improving the international competitiveness of our country's higher education.The course teaching is considered as the foundation in researching universities,which requires the accurate orientation of course teaching.According to the present situation in China,the course teaching quality in researching universities should be oriented to elite education.Centering on this orientation,the route choice of improving the course teaching quality includes four aspects of changing the educational methods and setting the new concept of cultivating innovative talents;building up the talent training mode of joining the education and scientific research together;paying great attention to construction of higher leveled teaching staff;and carrying out international exchange and cooperation.
