民初共和时期广东督学机构的兴学措施

由于战乱对资料的毁坏,目前关于民初共和时期广东教育情况的史料和论述较少。文章在查阅广东辛亥革命期间的报刊等相关史料的基础上,论述了以钟荣光为首的广东军政府教育司,为废除封建旧教育制度,于1912~1913年在全省建立新的督学机构,实施一系列兴学措施,促进了广东民初资产阶级教育之建立和发展的情况。文章认为由于封建势力的扼杀,督学机构虽最终被废除,但它的建立却对广东的新教育带来了深远的影响。

The Measures of School Inspecting Institution for Educational Reform in Guangdong Province in Early Republic of China

There are few historical materials of and works on the educational reform of Guangdong province in early Republic of China due to the devastation to the historical materials during the wartime.Based on the relevant historical materials from Guangdong newspapers and magazines during 1911 Revolution,this paper focuses on the establishment and development of bourgeois education in early Republic of China in Guangdong Province.It maintains that the Educational Department led by Zhong Rongguang of Guangdong military government established a new inspecting institution from 1912 to 1913 in the whole province,and adopted a series of measures of educational promotion in order to demolish the feudal educational system.The paper concludes that although the educational inspection institution has been abolished,it exerted far-reaching influence on the new educational system in Guangdong Province.
