| Abstract: | As a new way of international trade,electronic data interchange(EDI) arises from the combination of increasing deepening of international economy and trade and rapid development of science and technology.The paper discussed legal issues arising from the application of electronic signature and authentication in EDI contract and provided some corresponding suggestions. |
