高校师德建设中几个问题的思考

抓紧抓好高校师德建设,是高校育人工作的基础,是高校建设发展中一项带有根本性和长期性的重要任务。本文以此为出发点,从对新时期高校教师应具备的优秀品德的描绘入手,以此与当今高校师德存在的问题作比较,从中找出差距和原因,进而提出加强新时期高校师德建设的一些途径、措施与方法。

Some issues on the construction of professional ethics of teachers at colleges and universities

Well improving the construction of professional ethics of teachers is the foundation of higher education and a long termed basic task in the development of colleges and universities. Therefore, the excellent moral characters that college teachers must possess in the new era are described and compared with the present situation of college teachers' professional ethics, thus the gap and its causes are found and some approaches, measures and methods to improve college teachers' professional ethics in the new era are proposed.
