摘    要:民族教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,民族地区的教育均衡则是当前我国民族教育发展和实现教育公平的关键,也是促进民族地区人民美好生活实现的重要内容。通过对中华人民共和国成立以来已有相关研究的文献分析,发现当前民族地区教育均衡发展研究存在着理论多套用非民族地区的研究成果、将民族地区等同于经济欠发达地区、民族地区教育均衡发展评价指标体系缺失、民族地区教育均衡发展现状研究选取的多为个案等问题。鉴于此,在新时代我国社会主要矛盾转化的背景下,民族地区教育均衡发展研究应重视民族文化对教育均衡发展的影响,关注民族地区县域内教育均衡发展的问题,制定民族地区教育均衡发展的评价指标体系,并且构建民族地区差异化教育均衡理论。只有如此,才能有效促进民族地区教育均衡发展的实现。

Abstract:Ethnic education is an important component of China''s education. The balanced education in ethnic minority areas is the key to the development and equity of education and the important part of realizing better life in ethnic areas. Literature analysis suggests that the study of balanced development of education in ethnic minority areas hassome problems, such asthe problems of applying theories about non-ethnic education, regarding the minority areas as the less developed areas,lack of evaluation index system of balanced development of education for ethnic minority areas, and too much focus on case studies. In view of this, in the transformation of the main contradictions in the New Era,the research of balanced development of education in ethnic areas in the new era should stress the influence of ethnic culture on balanced education, put the focus on the balanced development of education in ruralethnic areas, set up the evaluation index system of balanced development of education in ethnic minority areas, and construct a differentiated education equilibrium theory system for ethnic areas.Only in this way can we effectively promote the balanced development of education in ethnic minority areas.
