高校艺术专业师生党支部共建探索与实践

为深入贯彻落实党的十九大精神，提高党建的科学化水平，根据安庆师范大学音乐黄梅剧艺术学院党组织工作开展的实践，结合艺术专业师生特点，在前期探索和实践的基础上，提出师生党组织共建工作模式。通过师生党组织共建，寻找两类党组织相互对接的作用点、支撑点和结合点，师生党组织共建工作对创新基层党组织工作模式、丰富基层党建工作内涵有重要的理论意义和实践意义。

In order to thoroughly implement the 19th party spirit and improve the scientific level of party construction, based on the practice of the party organization work of music huangmei drama school of anqing normal university, combined with the features of art majors and teachers, this paper puts forward the mode of co-construction of the party organization of teachers and students on the basis of preliminary exploration and practice. By building unity in party organization, looking for the ways of connecting two classes of party organization, this article provides a new way of innovation for organizing grass-roots party and enriching the connotation of the grass-roots party construction both theoretically and practically.
