电力行业节能减排评价指标体系研究

摘    要:电力行业是我国国民经济的基础性行业。作为二次能源,电力在生产和生活中发挥着重要的动力能源作用,而国民经济是否能够健康稳定地发展,其关键因素就在于动力能否持续稳定地有效供给。受诸多因素影响,当前我国电力行业的运行水平和能源利用效率较低。在分析电力行业节能减排现状的基础上,建立电力行业节能减排评价指标体系,并提出加强电力行业节能降耗工作的一系列建议与措施。

Abstract:Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economy in China. As the secondary energy, electric power plays an indispensable role as power and energy resources in production and daily life. Whether the power can be supplied sustainably and steadily has become a key factor of the healthy and stable development of national economy. Due to many factors, the operation level and energy utility efficiency of electric power industry in China are still low. Based on analyzing the status quo of energy saving and emission reduction of electric power industry, evaluation indicator system of energy saving and emission reduction of electric power industry is established, and a series of suggestions and measures on energy saving and expenditure reduction of electric power industry are proposed.
