服务型制造模式下服务质量顾客满意度评价

摘    要:服务型制造是一种新型制造模式,实现了物理产品与服务的融合。在服务型制造中,服务质量的高低影响产品的市场前景,服务与产品处于同等重要的地位。服务质量是顾客满意的重要驱动因素,构建服务质量评价指标体系,通过对顾客满意度的调查得到顾客满意度指数,客观评价服务质量,有利于企业找出薄弱环节进行有针对性的改进,以更好地满足顾客需求,提高企业经营效益。

Abstract:Service-oriented manufacturing is a new manufacturing mode, which realizes the integration of physical product and service. In service-oriented manufacturing, the level of service quality affects the market prospects of product, and service and product are in equally important position. Service quality is an important driving factor of customer satisfaction. The evaluating indicator system of service quality is established, the customer satisfaction index is acquired through surveying customer satisfaction degree, and the service quality is evaluated objectively, which can help enterprise to identify weak steps and improve them correspondingly, in order to meet customer needs better and improve the operating benefit of enterprise.
