跨越中等收入陷阱的国际比较探究

一个经济体陷入中等收入陷阱,是指该经济体在相当长的时间内经济增长乏力、人均GDP增长缓慢。有的经济体之所以在较长时间内未能从中等偏上收入国家跨入高收入国家的行列,根本原因就是未能及时有效地调整生产结构和国家宏观的政策措施。2010年,中国的人均GDP是4 446.7美元,依据世界银行标准已属于中等偏上收入国家。从国际比较的视角,分析拉美等经济体陷入中等收入陷阱的原因以及东亚部分经济体跨越中等收入陷阱的成功经验,以期为中国成功跨越中等收入陷阱提供参考性建议。

International comparative exploration on striding across middle income trap

An economy is said being in the middle income trap when it has slow economic growth and increase of GDP per capita for quite a long time. The fundamental reason for some economies of upper middle-income to fail to enter into the higher income ones lies in the failure of seasonable and effective adjustments of production structure and national macro-policies. In 2010, the GDP per capita of China is US$ 4 446.7. China is already an upper middle-income country according to World Bank standards. From perspective of international comparison, the reasons of some Latin American economies fallen into middle income trap and the successful experiences of some East Asian economies striding across middle income trap are analyzed, in order to provide referring suggestions of successfully striding across middle income trap for China.
