摘    要:基于传统社会性别文化的女性职业教育存在明显的"女性化"特征,女性职业技能提升空间有限并且缺乏可持续性。要实现女性职业教育的科学发展,必须改变基于传统性别文化的女性职业教育模式,构建基于性别平等的女性职业教育模式,推动女性职业教育改革创新。
