| 摘 要： | 女大学生就业观是女大学生对就业认知、就业态度、就业理想、就业动机、就业标准等方面比较稳定的看法和态度。影响女大学生确立正确就业观的因素有主客观两个方面。必须从加强世界观、人生观、价值观教育,提升女大学生综合素质,引导女大学生正确对待创业择业问题,优化女大学生就业环境等方面入手,帮助女大学生确立正确的就业观。
