| 摘 要： | 联合国“维和”是维持国际和平与安全的重要手段,在制止和解决国际冲突、防止国际危机升级、维持一国内部的稳定、保护人权以及重建经济等方面发挥了重要的作用。但是,如何评价联合国“维和”行动是目前学术界颇具争议的一个问题。本文对目前几种评价成功的标准进行了介绍,并对其优点及不足之处进行了评述。

| Abstract: | UN peacekeeping operation is an important means by which UN maintains international peace and security.It plays an significant role in containing and resolving international conflict, preventing international crisis from escalating ,maintaining the law and order, protecting human rights as well as rebuilding a country's economy. However, how to measure the success of UN peacekeeping is an controversial issue in academic circle.The essay introduces some criteria of success, and makes some comments on their advantages and disadvantages. |
