摘    要:从顾客价值理论视角,发现“英语教学法”教学质量问题,寻求对策,构建教学质量差距模型,可见,应关注学生价值,关注学生需求,将教学理论转化成可操作性与可观察性的教学活动,将学生认知的知识转换成教学实践活动模式,将教学理论与中学英语教学实际相结合,才能提高“英语教学法”课堂教学质量,提高学生的满意度。
