| 摘 要： | 北京房地产业近几年来有了很大的发展。但是 ,在发展过程中也存在着一些问题。其中主要是住房开发建设规模偏大 ;供给结构不合理 ;开发建设布局需要调整 ;城市土地使用权一级市场没有垄断起来 ;政府需要进一步加强对住宅与房地产业的调控和管理。本文对此进行了研究分析并提出了解决这些问题的对策
