城乡文化强弱差距与新农村建设

党的十六届五中全会指出,建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,社会主义新农村建设离不开农村文化建设。目前,中国城乡文化强弱差距极大,直接影响社会主义新农村建设的进程。因此,必须高度重视农村文化建设,以科学发展观为指导,采取多种措施和途径统筹城乡文化发展。

Strong and Weak Disparity among Urban and Rural Culture and New Rural Area Construction

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 16'hCentral Committee of the CPC claims that the biggest duty in modernization progress is establishing socialist new country,which is closely related to rural cultural con- struction.At present,strong and weak disparity among urban and rural cultrue has greatly influenced the new rural area construction.Therefore,we must pay more attention to the rural cultural construction and take meas- ures and ways to plan cultural development in urban and rural areas as a whole by guidelines of scientific con- cept of development.
