| 摘 要： | 无效婚姻制度是对欠缺婚姻成立要件的婚姻,确认其不具有婚姻的法律效力的制度。修改后的婚姻法增设了无效婚姻制度,这对建立健全结婚制度,加强我国婚姻法制建设具有十分重大的意义。无效婚姻涉及到认定的事由、宣告的机关与相关注意的问题及其法律后果,这些内容构成了我国无效婚姻制度基本框架。

| Abstract: | The invalid marriage system is the system which confirms the marriages lacking the essentials have no legal validity.The addition of the invalid marriage system to the revised Marriage Law is of great significance to perfect the marriage system and strengthen China's legislative construction.The invalid marriage involves the facts,the declaration institution,related questions and the legal consequences.These contents constitute the basic framework of China's invalid marriage system. |
