试论道德领域消极现象的根源及抑制对策

道德领域的建设取得了显著成绩，也存在着比较严重的消极现象。从新旧体制转型、道德与社会发展不平衡等五个方面找出消极现象存在的根源，又从加快建立和完善法规制度、切实加强党政干部的思想道德建设等四个方面提出了抑制消极现象的对策

Making a Comment on the Root Cause of Negative Factors in the Field of Morality and Its Countermeasures

Adult students are the subcolony of this society, and many young people with different social background and culture levels gradually become the main part of this subcolony. After analysing the basic characteristics of adult students' thinking and behavior under the new situation, the research group suggested that effective and practical education management should be the very important task of educators in adult college.
