七七事变前河北邮电通讯事业发展述略

以晚清时期直隶省（今河北省）邮电通讯业为参照，探讨了1912年1月至1937年7月间河北邮电通讯事业从旧式到新式、从无到有、从小到大的发展历程。从1912年1月到1937年7月，以1928年为界，河北分别处于北京政府和国民党南京政府统治下，因此我们将其分为北京政府时期和南京政府前期，具体从邮政、电报、电话三个方面进行探讨。河北邮电通讯事业的发展到1935年就已经出现了集邮政、电报、电话于一室的邮电局，昭示出未来邮电通讯事业的发展方向。

Discussion on Development of Posts and Telecommunications in Hebei before the July 7th Incident of 1937

Based on the posts and telecommunications of Chihli Providence(Hebei)in the late Qing Dynasty,the developing process of posts and telecommunications of Hebei during the January of 1912 to July of 1937,which has grown gradually from nothing,from old type to new type and from small size to big size,are detailedly dis- cussed.From January of 1912 to July of 1937,bounded by 1928,Hebei was governed by Beijing government and Nanjing government successively.Hence,this period was divided into the time of Beijing government and the ear- ly time of Nanjing government,and the postal service,telegraphy and telephone are researched.By 1935.the post and communication office that includes post,telegraphy and telephone had appeared in Hebei,which declared the developing direction of posts and telecommunications in the future.
