少数民族优秀干部成长规律试析

摘    要:人才的成长离不开具体的生活环境和社会环境。少数民族优秀干部的健康成长以社会制度为中介,依赖于党的民族政策和民族干部制度,并与人民群众保持着密切联系。其成长是一个累积的连续过程,需要不断加压,能职渐进。在实际工作中,必须充分考虑民族地区的实际情况,努力构建体现少数民族干部成长规律的评价体系。

Abstract:Talented people develop in concrete environment of life and society. The healthy development of excellent cadres of minority nationalities relies on the Party's national policies and national cadre system on the basis of social system and close connections with the masses. Their development is a gradual process which needs continuous pressure, with the result of progress in ability and duty. In actual work, the realistic conditions of the regions of minority nationalities must be considered with an effort to construct the evaluation system characterized by the development law of minority nationalities.
