论村镇银行运行中的法律风险及防控

自2006年银监会放宽了农村金融机构的准入条件以后,我国村镇银行迅速发展,为农村金融发展带来了巨大的机遇。但是,由于村镇银行在我国的发展时间较短,其运行机制和监管机制存在较大的漏洞,这就需要对村镇银行的定性及运营风险进行梳理,以期能够建立健全宏观调控机制,为村镇银行的进一步发展提供助力。

Legal Risk in Operation of Village Banks and Prevention

Since in 2006 the CBRC relaxed the entry situations of rural financial institutions,rural banks in China have developed rapidly and brought the huge opportunity for the development of rural finance.However,as the village banks＇ development in China is short,there exist major loopholes in the operation mechanism and supervision mechanism,which needs to sort out the quality and operational risks of village banks in order to establish and improve the mechanism of macro-control,to provide assistance for the further development of rural banks.
