后博客时代高职人才培养的特征、问题及对策

摘    要:后博客时代高职人才培养应该具备开放与创新相结合的培养理念、网络与现实相结合的培养途径、工作与学习过程相结合的培养机制、校内资源与校外资源相结合的培养模式,但当前许多高职院校人才培养依然存在着理念滞后、目标针对性不强等问题,高职院校必须采取有效对策解决这些问题,以提高人才培养质量。

Abstract:In post - blog era, personnel training of higher vocational education should possess the training concept of combining openness and innovation, the training means of combining of internet and reality, the training mechanism of combining work and learning, and the training mode of combining resources in school and out school. But at present, for personnel training in many higher vocational colleges, there are still the problems - lagged ideas, not strong target pertinence, and higher vocational Colleges must take effective measures to solve these problems, so as to improve the quality of talent training.
